of hereford cattle in s. deerfield,
MA. she is passionate about wild
plant conservation, mutual aid,
harm reduction, and a holistic,
client-lead approach to health + wellness. She hopes to help others
step into their power and agency,
and to emphatically + absurdly
embrace the unknown.
Having spent most of her adult
life employed in the hospitality sector, Lizzie brings a keen
palate and innate ability to
connect with people from all
walks of life to her work.
